@Imaoldhippie There is one item on your last order that hasn't shipped yet. There may be an inventory issue but it hasn't been noted as of today. I'm sorry I don't have a definate answer for you. Cindy

@Cindy-QVC .............Thank you.  There has been a UPS label created but UPS has never received the package.  Should I cancel and reorder?

Just to let anyone reading this know I got a letter from Customer Care that my order in question will be delivered on Apr 27th.

 

I got excellent service on here from a mod and excellent service after I emailed customer service.

 

Kudo's to QVC and their helpful mods and customer care workers.
