Need a MODs help: Problem placing order

Hi There,

 

I have called 3 customer service people to help me with this and so far it has been a week and no resolutions even though I got an email that said that it was solved.  The problem is a message that an easy pay order has not been made when I am checking out (not when I log on) keeps popping up and wont let me complete the purchase. All the customer service folks I have talked to say that there is no problem with my account and that they will send it to the "back office".  But no resolution to date.  Is anyone else having this problem???  Thanks!

@orshopper    Many times when there aren't universal complaints about a problem, the difficulty lies with the user's system or server.  These problems can often be cured by changing browsers.  Suggest you try this simple fix before proceeding further.

@orshopper   Have you tried restarting your device?

Are your browsers updated to the latest version?

You posted no system info for Q's IT department to help if need be.


Are you using a computer or mobile device?

 

If computer, Mac or PC?

 

Which OS are you using - comp?

 

Which iOS are you using - mobile device?

 

Which browser & version are you using?

 

What troubleshooting efforts have you tried? Need this info to avoid the "been there done that" scenario.

 

Have you tried switching browsers?

 

Tried restarting?
