Need Mod help please! Help needed with return

Its been 25 days since QVC received my return.  They still have not processed the return or issued my refund.

 

I've tried calling a couple of time but the customer service phone line is backed up.

 

I have another easy pay of $83 coming up on my return.  I  hope I don't get charged for it. 

 

I could really use your help.  Thank you so much in advance.
