Need Help with a Return Moderator

I returned a beautiful diamond ring last week because it was missing one of the little diamonds on the edge. I have a receipt from the USPS.  I sent back for an exchange and I'm afraid that QVC will sell out of my size.  I know returns are taking forever and don't want to wait a month to get my exchange.  Can someone help with this?

@PatriciaG   I am sorry to see one of the stones was missing from this lovely ring.  Unfortunately we are unable to send out a replacement before the return has been received.

How will I know when it is received?  Your return tracking system doesn't show it even being on its way back.  I have a receipt from the post office that it was turned in on 05/28/2020 at 1:30pm PT.

There has been an updated scan today on its return journey. I will monitor its progress and then process a refund within 24 hours to 48 hours. There is no cause for concern now as we can confirm its return.
