Thank you! Can I PLEASE get a new delivery date for Item #A382337? It was in stock when ordered and now on waitlist. Please, i cant wait a month for this only to be told it's backordered. Others have begun to receive theirs and reviews are looking good. Please, I'm desperate.

@Beth-QVC  - so the ring is supposed to be delivered today.  I am trying to check tracking and it says something has gone wrong and to contact customer service.  Unfortunately, no one is answering the phone at customer service.  Can you check the tracking for me and find out if it is going to be delivered?  Thank you!
