Customer Service,

Need help (called with no resolve) on item #374162.

Ordered one Philosophy Spritz Duo in Amazing Grace and one Falling in Love.  

Both were confirmed as ordered.  Soon after Falling in Love went into waitlist.  I had been shipped the Amazing Grace.

I am hoping the Falling in Love will be shipped/honored from November.

Can you help in getting this resolved?  Much appreciated.

Waitlist means that you will receive the item IF it becomes available (back in stock) within 45 days.  If the item is received to QVC from the vendor by that time you will be shipped the item.  Since it's been more than 45 days it looks like you won't be receiving the item because they did not get it back in stock.

@Pawslover  I'm so sorry for the delay.  I reviewed your order for the philosophy super-size grace & love perfumed body spritz duo falling in love and we are still attempting to obtain addtional inventory. We have not been given a date when stock will arrive, but we have not canceled the waitlist.  We will notify you if we are unable to obtain the item or when the item ships.
