Need Cust. Care Help

I checked order status and found I'm being charged ez pay for a item I believe I returned. I'm unable to see return/track your package due to ongoing error message.

 

Order # Lancer Eye Contour eye cream. I found the A/D still open so I cancelled that this morning.

 

Could use your help here. tia.

It would be best to email the Moderators with your info and concern to QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com and delete the order # from this post.

I returned in one box as that is how it came. . .four Josie sets. . .one for grands and me.  I received credit for one item.  The receipt showed QTY 4.  I emailed Social Team and was helped immediately.  My concern is that . . How often did this happen and I not catch it?  I am getting off EZ pay. . too easy to be had, if you will.  Check your stuff . . . I certainly am more closely now.  

Final thought. . Yea for the Social team. . . Otherwise I would be gone.

Hi @Maestra1 thank you for posting and shopping with us. I am sorry for the delay in processing the return. I issued the refund today.and check that the plan has been cancelled. Kim
