Again

I ordered several items from QVC. Two of the items had the exact tracking numbers.

One item was delivered the other was not although it said it was due to the tracking.

UPS and USPS can not help me as it was QVC's error with the tracking numbers.

@chiclets I am not sure if this applies to your situation but I have an order and there hasn't been any tracking info on QVC since Nov 3rd.  I just took the number and went to UPS tracking on line and found my item on my own, supposed to be delivered today

I did that, as well as contacting USPS. The difficulty I had was totally different.  The item had the same tracking number of another item which was delivered but the item in question was not delivered with the other item. I did contact the social team as Kachina had suggested and they resolved the issue for me.

I thank you for you advice and concern. It so nice of you to do so.
