I don't know if this issue has been previously discussed here so I am posting this comment. Has anyone else received packages with no postage prepaid return label. This has happened several times to me on first quality not reduced merchandise. I have noticed it on reduced merchandise. So what's the story here???

Yes. I recently ordered a shirt (regular priced), and it had no return label. I don't know why. However, if you need to return something, look under "order status". Click on the item you want to return, and click on "print return label". If nothing else, call up customer service, and ask if they will e-mail a label to you. Hope this helps.

It has happened to me as well. Have no idea why. I just printed off one to use.

I've been getting more and more packages without return labels. It happens most often when it's the box/bag from the vendor and QVC just sticks a mailing label on that instead of putting it in their own box/bag.

Yes, it has been discussed before many times, because it seems to happen all the time and for a LONG while now.
Many items are shipped directly from vendors and I never receive the usual invoice.
You just have to go online and print what you need. Or contact C/S or mods to mail you one.
It isn't going to change it seems.

I don't think any of us can answer that for you. We can only guess as to the reasons.

I assume your question is rhetorical since you surely must realize your fellow customers don't know the answer and the mods probably don't either. It is the trend not to include pre-printed return labels. QVC is the only merchant from whom I receive one. Everyone else expects you to print your own. Maybe they're going with the trend.

@Kachina624 Well it could be considered rhetorical I was hoping someone here may have been fortunate enough to get through to a customer service rep who answered that question. I have over the years received about 5 different packing slips/ labels which they seem to be experimenting with. None are great. Now, as I said several items I've received don't contain any. My guess it is to discourage returns.
I totally disagree that the Q is the ONLY merchant who includes them. HSN certainly sends them, Nordstrom sends them, Macy's sends them. In fact in my experience most vendors send them.

@Teddixat Amazon doesn't send one, Zappo's doesn't and neither does QVC's buddy, Zulily.
CS reps seem to know less than anybody. I pick up more than they know just by reading the Qurate CEO's quarterly and annual reports to stockholders. I think they're not told much because they don't want them handing out misinformation or putting their own spin on it.
If you don't get a return label, just send an email to the mods and they'll send you one. You can also print your own.
