@Q-Checker @Nancy April Call customer service and ask them to mail you a paper copy of the label. Explain your situation. It may take a week or so to get it. I have done this recently. Just tape it to your package, I turned the plastic package bag inside out to have a clear surface.

"Return Labels" should be the LEAST of their worries...

Good grief .... not again!
Repeating what's been discussed here many times already, ALL businesses are looking to find ways to cut back on unnecessary expenses.
Consider this: If a retailer has an average of 10% returns on orders, that means 90% of the labels are going in the trash. I can only imagine how many trees are cut down to make paper that gets thrown in the garbage.
If you have no use for a printer, I assume you no longer work, but retirees use printers for all sorts of things that have nothing to do with a job.
Nevertheless, the instructions are there for you to follow if you can't print a label.
It's 2025. Try to keep up.

Not all retirees have a printer or cell phone. My mom is 95 and often buys items from QVC. She's been retired for more than 30 years. She's very independent. Takes care of herself, lives alone, still drives, as well as, enjoys day trips, especially to Atlantic City.
I find your statement, "It's 2025. Try to keep up" to be rude and of absolutely no help to the problem expressed by the OP. Not everyone is tech savvy.
Hopefully, you'll be able, "to keep up" as you put it, should you become more advanced in age. God willing.
BTW, I do have a printer and smartphone but still appreciate the ease of receiving and using a return label.

So many place any more do not give you return labels or even a printed receipt! I wish they would! It's less trouble and expensve for them but more trouble, etc.for us!

I just got the email this morning. They should have sent that out a few years ago when they started the process.
I have been returning items via the "new process" for a couple of years. It is very easy.
I have lived without a printer for years now, wasn't sure I could but I was wasting ink just printing one or two docs per month. Now I get copies, if needed, printed at the library. I also use the UPS Store for printing.
I do understand that not everyone has a UPS Store near them.
I have also called Customer Service one time when the QR Code did not come thru.
I don't think this issue will affect my shopping. The ridiculous increase in prices here has done that.

This policy has been in effect for a while now with most orders, so most customers are already using it.
However, the only problem I see with it is that many of the most loyal QVC customers want and/or need a return label enclosed with their order. With all of the other problems QVC is having now staying afloat, will the cost savings from this policy (and assumably it will apply to HSN too) be enough to offset any potential loss of those loyal customers?

Having a computer and printer has become a necessity for many of us. I wouldn't be without either.

If my mom were still alive, like another poster's mom, she would not be able to handle any of this new technology and ways of doing things. My dad always embraced new technology and wanted to learn how to use/do things. Not my mom. She wouldn't even try. I had to help her with so many things in her final years that were tech-related. She no longer got mammograms, but if she had, you always have to check in on an iPad, which updates your current breast situation. She would never have been able to do that.
I see so many posters in these forums almost bragging that they don't need, use, or even know how to use the technology in their cars. Also taking the same tone in how they don't have a smartphone or if they do--don't know how to use lots of its features. Same with smart TV's or streaming devices. If a person doesn't keep up, s/he is going to be left behind and very frustrated when s/he is asked to do things in this modern world that require technology.
The day may come when my brain no longer allows me to learn new things easily, but by gosh, I will not go down without a fight. Knowledge allows more independence.

No return labels doesn't bother me. I will deal with it. Amazon works like this and it's fine with me. Things change and time marches on. I try to stay current with technology but some things defeat me.
Just yesterday I finally deposited a check on my cell phone for the first time! I was reluctant to do it but it saves me a trip to the bank. It went smoothly and now that's another thing I learned to do.
