Good morning, 

Suddenly I am not receiving images on the website or app. I have tried multiple browsers, cleared cache/cookies, made sure settings are correct. Other sites haave images like HSN. Any ideas? sometimes even color options arenot displayed,

I had to change to Firefox and that gave me images.  The tech people at QVC are the worst in on-line shopping and yet they actually spend a lot of money on hosts/hostesses to sell their brand and depend a lot on technology for sales.  Why could they not hire someone who knows something about technology?

I have that App on my phone already and did not notice a difference. I could see the images on my phone when I could get service.  I have a difficult time in my area getting service.  My tech son says it is the area in which I live, because my signal was once very good, but no longer is.  Just one of those AT&T things there.  It's a running family joke if they send me pictures, I tell them I have to wait until I go to Publix in order to see them because the service is better in that area.

WHOOO hooo, I figured it out based on your answer. I turned off my house wifi and phone app loaded. I then hotspotted my phone to my computer tempory and the computer loaded the website photos. So it must be a safety protocol on my network at home. Thank you thank you thank you. I don't know what changed at home but now I know the direction to look. Take care.
