I've been reporting this issue several times for weeks. My new notifications which are indicated by number next to "sign in" no longer appear in yellow. I don't know which I've read or have not.
Please have this corrected.

A lot of us find other posters have similar names to our own. Looks like there are at least a dozen that begin
S-h-a-n or S-h-a-u-n

When I first sign in, mine are showing up highlighted in yellow the first time I click on the Notifications Feed. After that, unless there are new ones they'll all show up as un-highlighted. So, really, seeing them the first time in highlight is only a temporary feature... but I do know this works sometimes and not others.
As a general suggestion, @Shanus, about reporting the same problem -- instead of a new thread every few days or so, it usually works better to start one thread when the problem arises and then post updates on that one thread. Doing that shows the original date/time you reported the problem (on the original post) so it has more impact as an older problem that hasn't been addressed. It also allows all the replies by all the moderators to be on the same thread (so you can keep up with which moderators have seen and acted on the problem), and it shows all your newer updates reporting the fact that the problem still exists (or that it has been fixed). Just to clarify... I'm only mentioning this after years of working in IT and troubleshooting problem reports -- I'm not saying we have to do this, not at all, but multiple threads in a short period of time on the same tech report makes it a little harder for the support folks to manage it and for everyone to see how long-standing the problem is.
I think this Notification Feed glitch is one of those that keep being fixed by the tech staff and then the same problems up again when they make other changes to the site. QVC really needs a higher-quality website/tech support in my opinion.

Exactly, @x Hedge. There's nothing wroing with similar nicknames, that meets the standards. However, the site has a new problem in that it's allowing more than one poster to have the very same nickname -- that really needs to be corrected. It's improper, and a significant software malfunction, for a forum to permit the identical username to be adopted by more than one person.

@I am still oxox. and others: @Shanus is my only account. Yes, I've noticed other names similar to mine. I'm not sure if their accounts were started recently, but mine began many years ago with the same name.

LOL, @Shanus. My notifications show 0, but the new notifications show up in yellow.

@x Hedge. Only tap notifications when sign in for the first time that day. Shows # of new notifications just not yellow like before. Don't usually read those who just gave a heart, but would like to keep track & maybe reply when name "mentioned".
