QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com, try it again, you may have had a typo the first time you tried.

@SharkE  Thank you very much for the email address and advice. I sent an email and Kim from QVC Social Team contacted me relatively quickly and resolved my issues to the best of her ability which was much appreciated.
