NEED HELP IN TRACKING MY RETURN ON 12/13/16

Need help in tracking a return I took to the Post Office on 12/13/16 of a leather jacket totalling $111.28. The tracking from the Post Office says the status was turned over to Newglstics on 12/14/16 at 7:27 P.M. The Post office states they no longer have the item & no further tracking updates are expected.

 

HELP, where is my return & the credit of a over a $100.00???????

I'm guessing you used the return label.  You can go into your account and into the order to see the status of the return.  It shows more tracking info there than you usually see.

I am assuming you used the QVC label since you mentioned Newgistics.

 

QVC uses a third party shipper.  USPS turns it over to them.  They return it to QVC.  Once it leaves the post office their part is over.

 

If you have your tracking number and your return receipt, you WILL get your credit.  Do not panic.  It takes TIME!

 

It takes me at LEAST 3 weeks to see my credit.

 

You would be able to see exactly when it arrives back at QVCby clicking on "Return Status" for that item in your order status... .  It could STILL take several days OR more to see the credit appear.

 

If you just returned it on 12/13, don't expect it to appear this fast.

 

If after you see QVC received it and several MORE days have gone by with no credit or return listed, THEN you can call Cust. Serv. and ask them to credit you since it is proven to be back at QVC.

 

There isn't anything anyone can do for you this fast.

 

Sadly, this is the normal of QVC returns.

This is very surprising to me as when I have had to return anything, which is very little, I have always used their return label & within 7 to 10 days it has shown that QVC received it. I did check my order status & Track Return but nothing has happened since I returned it to the Post Office. I just thought returning it before the crunch mailing time it would be no problem. Looks like I was wrong.

 

Respectlife, thanks for the info & this has taught me a lesson that if I do return something again I will pay for it myself.

I personally placed a big box return using the pre-paid Qvc label at the post office on Friday before noon.  There is no scan of it anywhere. Post office is not helping. Q custoner service said wait for 12 days from when I sent it and if it doesnm't show up they will help process credit.  They also ripped open my flashlight package and delivered it empty.

It is true a return can take up to 12 days to show processing in our system. Most times its sooner. However, with the Holiday Season it could take the full 12 days. If we it has been over 12 days please let us know and we will be glad to process the return for your manually.
