Please tell me if you have received my return on 

iRobot Roomba e5 5176 Series WiFi Robotic Vacuum 

and tell me when I will receive a credit for this item.

I also have return an item for an exchange and everyday that I check on tracking.smartlabel, it states that its still in Macon GA

@spent2much   I doubt if the mods will answer you here.  I use the QVCsocial email to get answers and they are usually quick to respond.

 

My question - why didn't you like the Roomba?  I have always thought I would like one.

@spent2much  The PPL is still showing the return is in transit

as of today.

I had such good luck on this forum from Beth-QVC on my last question.  But if I don't hear a response soon, I will go to QVCsocial for an answer.  Thank you, @tends2dogs !

 

I LOVE our Roomba.  But I ordered this new one and the brushes were not the same - they were rubber and shaped differently.  And the dust bin (which collects the dirt and dust) was about 1/3 smaller on the new one, mentioned in my post.  The rubber "brushes" left clumps of dirt, dust and carpet fibers on the surface of our carpet.  With our old Roomba, this never happened (and the dust bin was 3 times bigger).  So I do NOT recommend this new one.  Hope that helps.
