My order/Shipping fee option

Last night when I ordered this item the shipping showed three options, at all the same price. I have a screen grab I can send. Thus I chose the faster speed. Now it shows it's charging me $20+dollars to ship it and not the original offered $3.50. Now the order says no changes can be made.
email me back and I will send you the screen shot as there is no way to attach to this service form. I can't find an actual email address - and the fillable "email us" won't go through.

@Mstress    We can refund you that fee when the order ships, unfortunately we cannot make changes to the order. I'll make a note of the order and when it ships I will refund and follow up with you.
