@Beth-QVC Hi Beth. Thanks again for your help. This order has been quite a saga from the time I was told the vendor was out of stock and I just had a feeling it wasn't going to go well. But I just saw the refund applied and that the AD order itself is still active, which is great. I'll keep fingers crossed the next shipment is a better experience. But thank you again, really.
