I ordered Valerie's H221080 set of deer in silver and they came yesterday. The box had 2 big rips in it and I was worried.
When I opened the box, I saw the leg was broken off the standing deer.
Hubby and I really like them and I want to get them replaced.
Can the mods here help me?

Thanks, but I didn't get a return label....I don't think they are including them anymore...at least not in my last few purchases...

@Nataliesgramma I'm sorry that the deer arrived broken. You can print a new return label on qvc.com and you will not be charged any return fees

Thanks, but I didn't get a return label....I don't think they are including them anymore...at least not in my last few purchases...
Customer service will send you a return label via your computer or mail.

I recently read a thread here complaining that our invoice and return label is now underneath the mailing label to us.
Poster's stated that you have to peel off the mailing label with our address on it and the invoice with return label is underneath, you peel it off to use for a return.
I'm not sure if this is correct, I haven't received a QVC package lately, but many said it was.
Don't know how QVC expected us to know about this change though.

return label on the outside of the box under the mailing label.

I did call customer service anyway....just to make sure I don't get charged postage and I ordered another one since Valerie's stuff sells out and I didn't want to wait for them to exchange it...
Jen from Customer Service was most helpful and my call was answered right away.

Look on the box for the label used to send the box to you. If it's in a clear plastic sleeve, remove that sleeve to find your return label and return receipt.
If not, you can print a return label and receipt from your account.
