QVC should definitely stand behind all purchases of Bronzo jewelry since they repeatedly stated that the finish was permanent and would NOT wear off.That was a major selling point.

Many years ago I purchased a very thin platinum bracelet for $108, QVC stressed repeatedly how very strong platinum was.

Bracelet broke after 30 day period, maybe 6 months, I rec'd refund and s&h.

I also had a white 14k ring with 1/3 carat diamonds, the center stone fell out. After speaking with cs I returned ring, much to my delight QVC replaced the entire ring.

My how things have changed!
