Muk Lukl Slipper Socks TSV

So I ordered (3) sets of the TSV from 11/2 and was sure they were showing (5) easy payments but when I checked my receipts they all show (4) easy pays.  Weird thing is I ordered one more set a little later that day and the receipt for those show (5) easy payments.  There was no 4 easy pay option when checking out so what's up with that?

@fairymom I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I show you have already spoken to a representative and was informed we will have the items reserched to see if 5 easy payments were offered. If 5 installments were indeed offered on that day, the department will adj the orders.

@fairymom are you sure you ordered them on the same day? I ask because I ordered these also on the TSV day (11/2). On that day they were offered on 4 easy pays. The next day (11/3) Q had an all day 5+ easy pays on all items. They were still at the TSV price so I ordered another set that were on 5 easy pays.
