Re: Money Down Drain Due To Returns

Realizing it costs $10 to try something has stopped me from ordering many items.  I stick to the tried and true and then usually put it in my "wish" list to make sure I really want it.  I have never ordered an expensive item or any sort of electronic gadget from any shopping channel.  If I had a problem, I would want to deal with someone in person.    Plus if I were returning so much whether it's from TV or a b&m store, I would stop shopping there.  There are so many other options.

I would not get upset or return something without trying it based on some other reviews.  There are probably a number of You Tube tutorials on setting that Fitbit up in the event you don't get instructions.

Re: Money Down Drain Due To Returns

I have a FitBit that I ordered from Amazon.  It comes with a very small leaflet (one page) that tells you to go online for the instructions.  It's very easy to set up when you go online.  I can't believe people would give it a one star review without even looking through the leaflet.
