Dear Mods,
I ordered item# A344109 TOVA Signature Eau de Parfum 3.4-fl. oz on Nov. 10 with an EDD of Nov. 16, but today, 11/15, it is still processing. What could be the problem?

QVC is a slow shipper, that's the problem. Not at all unusual.

Just an update: I got a phone call -that was a recorded message- today from the Q saying there has been a delay in my order, and that I should receive it by Friday,11/23.
Has anyone else received a recorded message like that? It is a first for me...
