I received the item that qualified me for the Beauty with Benefits free Gift With Purchase, but I did not receive the free Gift With Purchase.
Can you please add my name to the list to be sent the GWP?

I did not recieve my gift either..(My purchase seems to be stuck somewhere) no gift included tho..

So are the bags available or not. I was promised one as well, but never received. When I contacted CS through Facebook they said it would be shipped at a later date and then when I recontacted them they said there are none left. That doesn't make sense because I ordered my qualifying item prior to the air date - when you still had bags. I would prefer to receive my GWP instead of the credit that has been issued to my account.

This is very disappointing and unacceptable. I ordered my qualifying item prior to the show airdate.
While watching the event, the hosts made it perfectly clear - you had bags. Does anyone care to explain what happened?

@cingisbelieving I am sorry but the gift with purchase was only while supplies lasted. We had a tremendous response in supporting this great cause.

I understand that! What I don't understand is if I ordered my item prior to the show airing, why I didn't receive a bag. The bags were available for orders taken on the night of the event. No one seems to understand or can answer that! So how did you go about giving out the bags? Keep in mind, I was told there was a "glitch" and was "assured" I'd receive my bag. Whatever. It was a classic bait and switch. QVC has become of company that lacks integrity and appreciation for long-time customers. I can take my business elsewhere. Good bye.
