Mods - I'm hoping you can help me with order #6816043387.  It has been sitting at the post office since 7/13/20 with no further movement.  When can this item be deemed "lost in transit" and a refund issued.  I still want the item and it is being offered today as a lunchtime special.  I'm afraid if a new one is not sent out today it will not be available any longer.  Thanks!!!

@Travone  Good Morning, I just check the tracking on this order and we show a new scan as of 7/20, it looks to be processing.  We can check again early next week if it's not delivered by then.

Thanks Susan - you are seeing something different from me.  When I click on order status, it is still showing the last activity at 7/13.  Glad there is movement.

@Susan-QVC or any other moderator. I have a thread about the same thing but no mod  has replied to me. And my package was last "touched"7/3. Can you please help? My thread contains an image of the package tracking and i can provide the order number. I just want to be reimbursed now. My Post Office says it was most likely returned!!!

@Melvin-QVC Interesting enough the package updated yesterday morning. I didn't see the newest before I posted in this thread. I still don't know what it means but I've been told I can't get it until it says "available for pickup". PS our development has cluster mail boxes and we expect to often be required to go pick up at the local PO. I can go there today with this info and see what they say.
