Setting it to automatically NOT start is not the issue.  I want the picture (the best shot they have) of the item to be the first thing I see when I open up a product page.

 

Then they can work on the next annoying problem:  The little sign that pops up and blocks out the name of the color when an item has sold out.

 

Why don't these people "get" these problems?  They're so obviously annoying!!

don't guess she has a response yet. I've sent multiple emails to multiple persons about the issue. Not for the lack of trying..

Update:

I heard from a mod offline and she said the problem has been pushed up to management. So, keep fingers crossed.
