@Love my grandkidsI was commenting to a poster who was unhappy and was suggesting QVC should change their policies to match her favorites.   

 

If every retailer has to please each and every shopper, , then my thinking that we don't need more than one big retailer should make sense.  The only way someone won't be happy is if there's just no choice.   Even shoppers who live where there is little choice tend not to be happy shoppers.  Certainly that's one huge impetus for online shopping.

 

I wasn't saying that all retailets have the same policies or the same merchandise.  I don't like that little or no choice approach -  it reminds me of state-controlled everything.   Sorry I wasn't clear.

Thank you Kim for getting back to me so quickly.  I printed out the label you sent me, and will get it in the mail tomorrow.  Thank you again for the prompt service.  I am sad that I cannot get the REDS Tatcha lipsticks, but will keep an eye open closer to the holidays in case Q gets them back in.
