@TennJackie   If you read the terms of today's free S&H (click on See Details) it says the free S&H cannot be applied to prior orders.  I'm sure you can get a discount on the item price though if it has gone down within the past 30 days of ordering.

I prefer to deal with the Social Team for problems, you can call CS 3 times and ask the same question and get 3 different answers.

I find that the Social Team responds pretty quickly, both here on the forums and via email.
