Mods: This is screwy pricing - someone should fix discrepancy

Sale Price of A347652  is $39.98  

The As Is price of this same item - As is #A370814 is $48.98  

 

What's up with that?  Although the "sale" price may be only temporary, nevertheless it had a clearance price before that of $49.98, only a dollar more than As Is.  Someone needs to lower that As Is price!
