Mods, Promo code $15 off $50 is not working on website buys. Two of us here with same issue

Hello Mods. I tried ordering online and my $15 PROMO code **** did not work at check out. I received mine as a part of a spring spring trend report mailer.

I used the phone and the CS agent put my order in for me and the code worked that way. There's another customer here, murr34, that just posted with the exact same issue. She is new on the Forum and I told her she could call and order and they can put her code in.

Now, could one of you please notify whoever needs to know that there's a problem with the PROMO code **** when ordering online. Thank you.

Maybe they don't want us to get cash back through Mr Rebates or one of the others.

@Mindy D , what Kze is saying is that if you have to call CS to get the code to work, you can't use any of the rebate sites to place your order which means you won't get cash back from them.
