Mods Please Help With Credit For Returned Item

I ordered an Isaac Mizrahi barn jacket on 9/13/20 and returned om 10/13. I was charged 2 easy pays, but, the credit I received (less original shipping fee and return label fee) was short by one payment. This seems to happen so often when the item is returned to you about the same time as you charge the credit card. Is there a better place to report this than on these boards? I know I am not supposed to give you order #'s here.
