All day when trying to read the forums on my sell, there is a pink banner saying I am banned although I haven't done anything.

My laptop had a lot of messages when I got home.  Please fix your issues.

Thanks.

@ECBG    To assure someone sees your post, I'd email them at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com.   How could you post if you're banned?

@ECBG Clearly you aren't banned as you have been able to post. Maybe there's  problem with the cell you were using.

I would turn your cell phone off, wait 20 seconds and turn it back on.

@ECGB I had the same thing happen. Banned from forum! I shut my device down, waited a minute or two, and restarted it. Problem was solved. As the Q seems to have technical issues now-and-then I fully expect I'll have to do this again. I'm right there with you!

Yes, power off your device, which I think should be done regularly anyway. Then start it back on.

@ECBG    Did someone determine what the problem was?  Geez, if you'd had a guilty conscience, you'd probably just slink away.

Still don't think it has anything to do with QVC. I don't complain when this happens to me. I do what I have to do. Power off my phone and once I turn it back on, it usually works. If it doesn't then I would move to another room and try to get on. One usually works and I must say it happens often where as I don't have problems with my desk top. That's life.

If I have to blame someone it would be AT&T for their lousy service. Never had this problem with Sprint.

@Kachina624

I went back on the next morning and the cell phone issue was gone, probably because I powered off.  I wish I had seen the advice the night before to test their theory.

@ECBG  I told you the same thing when you Posted about the same problem in early September. I told you it happens to me often and how I solve the problem.

Guess what i said  in early September was in vain lol.
