Hi Barbara,

I'm asking for your help again with the Bethlehem Lighted Garland TSV order.

Unfortunately I need to return the rest of them due to the lights not staying on.I wanted to give the garlands time and benefit of the doubt, but this product has design flaws.

I already returned one strand as you noted in my file.

Would you please note in my file that I have to return the 4 remaining strands?
