Could one of the Mods please look into two orders for me item number A373558 and A377264. So here is the issue I know you have looked into this before a couple weeks ago but the new issue: The first item I got an email saying sorry it has been delayed again but will be shipping, however that same day it went into backorder. I talk to someone in chat and said it was now out of stock and I was like how if nothing is being shipped out, anyway I left it for the night and the next day went back into processing. The second item same thing happen yesterday it went into backorder which was actually a plus because I wanted to switch size anyway and after I edited the size it went back into processing. I called last night and said you still should be getting it. So why am I getting conflicting information now. I would just like to know since I have been waiting since May 1st for these items, is there a way you could confirm please that they really are going to ship? Thank you

i understand the frustration of the delay in our shipping; I have checked both items and I am aware that we are working through the apparel shipping delays. The both of these will ship and they are most likely to go out midweek. Thanks again for your patience!

@Beth-QVC  Thank you for confirming, I just got confused from them going back in fourth between processing to backorder to back to processing. I am over worrying when they are going to ship haha. I am just making sure one day they will.
