Mods - Is it possible to get a price adjustment

on an order from 5/23, now on sale? I know it is over 30 days, but I still haven't received the item yet. Just checking. Item # A376998. Shipped on the 12th and still not received yet.

 

Also I have an order that has been stuck in Baltimore since 6/13/20, can you have them shake it loose & get it to me? A351993

 

Other orders since 15th stuck too.
