I am sorry that your iPad did not work out. As for using the Q Return label, insurance is included in the fee stated on the front of the label.

Thank you so much for getting back to me, I knew there was some insurance but just wanted to be sure it was fully covered.  They were gifts and you know how that goes...the best intentions....often do not meet the needs or expectations of others.  All we can do is try our best.  Thanks again!

I think they would fully cover it.  Important to be sure of for expensive purchases however.
