Mods, I'm concerned again. Can you answer my question?

I received another package from QVC I ordered and it was shipped from RM Retuns? What is that and why? This happened about a month ago, and I'm concerned it is a customer return. The last time it was the Tarte blushes. Can one of the Mods help me with this? Thanks!

i have received several boxes from rm returns also.....rocky mount, nc.

some of the items were lock and locks and the others were the large worklights that were a tsv a week or so ago.

all of my items were packaged perfectly and do NOT appear to be used products at all.

I too have received stuff from RM Returns & would like to know the answer to the OP's question ... the latest item I received was Doll10 battery operated make up brush & I certainly do not want it if someone else uses it & returned it!!!!

That's my concern also. The Tarte blushes I received that were shipped from this address were very loose in the packaging. To be honest, I knew when I saw the white envelope on the top of the box that something was off, because they usually are in a brown envelope. I will email CS if I don't hear from one of the mods soon.

I would call customer service and see if they have an explanation.I don't like receiving returns and never buy as is.

I bought an "As is Bracelet" It is beautiful and perfect. I got a good buy on it. I too was concerned with an as is item. I would not hesitate to purchase an as is item again.
