My last package also had no paperwork. I called CS and requested a copy as I have no printer.The rep told me that a lot of stuff is now coming directly from manufacturer

,therefore, no paperwork.

Third time in a month (Dr. Kaplan TSV)....NO return label....NO invoice! One order took over 1 month to ship...was NOT advance order. Re-ordered and returned it....over 3 WEEKS ago. Still no response. Return labels in order status will NOT PRINT. WHAT IS GOING ON IN QVC WAREHOUSES?

They should still enclose a RETURN LABEL.
