Mods- Can you help? Order has been in process since 2/1.

I've called customer service and they were not any help.  Can you please find out if there is a problem with my order placed on 2/1?  In fact, all of my orders I have placed since 2/1 are still "in process."

That was only 4 days ago.  All my order from the same time period are also still " in process"  There's nothing wrong, that's how long it takes to ship this week.
