Mods, I sent an email to the QVC social team on Saturday asking for help with a problem. I've not heard back yet. I'm assuming it's because it was the weekend but I've never had it take this long to get a response before. Can someone search out my email, please. Thank you!

I went back and checked our emails from Saturday and found what you sent.  I am so sorry for the delay in responding (we have been a bit shorthanded due to the winter storm).

My January 5th email to QVC social has also gone unanswered.

To follow up here, QVC mods Barb and Beth helped me with my issue and I am totally satisfied. I thank them both for their help. QVC, you need to give these moderators a raise.

I second that... the Mods/CS help I have received is outstanding. Sometimes I think it may seem unnoticed but it is not.
