Mods Any Idea When The Customer Service Number Will Be Working Again???

Hey Mods do you have any idea when the customer service number will be answering calls again. I once again am having billing issues I need to discuss with a live person but get the auto message QVC not taking calls. Before anyone jumps on me I know the socail team email etc.and they are wonderful but I need to actually speak with a human on the billing issues that keep happening.

Hi @hotbuyer I am sorry you are getting that message, and I unfortunately do not know why. If you need to speak to someone live you will need to keep trying 1-800-367-9444. I am sorry.

@Alice-QVC  Thanks I was hoping maybe you guys might know. It is just frustrating, I have had billing issues that I need explained to me for the last 3 weeks and can not get a hold of anyone in customer care on the phone.

Lack of CS is a deal breaker. Cant get to live person. Very dissatisfied.
