Is my kindle playing tricks on me?  I went to the AS IS section and it appears to be changed, but not for the better.  It used to start with category, then you could filter to brand and size.  There is no category or size.  Is this a permanent change?

interesting I posted this same thing in Q Talk. It's terrible who wants to "look" thru 98 pages 5,200-/+ items .... hope this is a glitch!!!!🙄😳

I also just tried the "as is" section......what a joke!!  Can't find anything and to boot, Valerie PH isn't even listed.  Why on earth are they always changing formats because THEY think it is better.  QVC, LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!  WE don't like it!!

I agree.  I check "as is" nearly daily.  This will make me stop.

I did a few test searches, in the search bar. One or two worked, most gave me thousands of results that I will never weed through.

I agree and they need to fix this.  I used to daily check LOGO by searching Goldstein As Is which gave me the As Is items.  Now though, it brings up all of LOGO, which I'm sure QVC wants me to look at but I'm not doing that.

So, Mods, I just stopped looking for As Is LOGO now.  You can keep it; it was really going downhill anyway in not being sorted correctly so as to send only non-defective pieces out.   You've lost me as an As Is buyer.  Just as well; I'm buying fewer clothes from QVC altogether.

By the way, I used a desktop computer.

Not Resolved. Take the check mark away. Search bar is not specific anymore. The site is changing. They are apparently upgrading. In their opinion i might add. It has been terrible. QVC will lose customers if they cannot shop. Maybe they are doing away with the "As Is" HSN does not have that & QVC has changed the photos just yesterday. Now they fade in and out as you scroll. They were stationary before. Delay Delay Delay!!!. Anyone else notice?

 Doesn't look like this is an issue the mods are going to look into.  As it turns out, as is is back to normal.  Must have been a glitch.

It isn't back to normal for me.  I fed in my usual "Goldstein as is" search whereby I used to find LOGO As Is items and it's bringing up tons of LOGO that isn't As Is.

it seems to be working fine for me when i put in the brand name and "as is."

i am using a laptop computer with firefox browser.
