I have been trying to reach Customer Service all day with no luck. Been getting a constant busy signal or a hold of 40 minutes and no response. I
placed an order for V35272, Order number ****. This item went on sale a few days ago.
I called for adjustment and was told I had to wait until it shipped. It did ship on 4/23, but I cannot reach Customer Service. Could you please do this adjustment for me. Thank you.
