I placed an order for J360253 in Sz 8 on 03/20/2019, and it shipped on 03/30/2019. Tracking shows it has stopped enroute from UPS Innovations to USPS. Is there a way to see why it has stalled? Thank you.

Good morning @Ms Jean thank you for posting to us in our Customer Care forum. I am very sorry that the shipping for the ring has caused concern. I do see updates that is in route to a local USPS and we should see delivery very soon. I am very sorry that for the late delivery on this order and I will continue to monitor this today and also on Monday. If by Monday late afternoon there is no further updates I can take additional action. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your patience with this order.

Might as well tag onto your thread. I placed an order for A299620, a Logo top that is sold out in my size, now, and it was suppsedly shipped on 3/30, departed Ontario Canada on 4/1 w/ no update, since. It's USPS and there is no further information. I'm afraid it is lost in the mail, sigh.

Hey, @Kim-QVC ... I hate to need to ask for an update; however, the package has still not been received. I waited an extra week longer than you requested; however, I am sad that it probably will not arrive. Will you please help?

Your package has not had a scan since 4/2 at 13:30 when it was scanned at the Robins post office. I am truly sorry as I an unable to send you a replacement as it is no longer available. I will refund all that has been paid and again I am sorry.
