@beth, @melvin, or any other moderator. How are we to know or see ALL items shown today Wed., Nov 27.....when ever I check I can only see 6 items shown for the entire day.
I realize it is all gift day, so there are no sub categories for each hour.....it seems odd to show just a few items that have been on air all day.

I was just about to call customer service for the same issue. Very frustrating! I can't sit in front of the tv all day. I want to be able to go on my computer and see what was on previously. I should think they would want to at least put up a message on the website if they are having technical difficulties.

I just realized this issue also. This is what I did. Go to first page of qvc.com. Scroll down most of the page to section for "ON QVC NOW" . There you will find on the left side "Item on air" & to the right of that you will see 8 "Items Recently on Air" AND an arrow on the far right to click on to keep going further back to look at even more (approximately 20) previous items. Hope this helps for now. 😊

Unfortunately, this has occurred for at least two years now whenever QVC has "theme days" without individual show listings in the program guide. You would think they could have figured things out by now, especially since they're likely losing a lot of sales.

@Scorpio1971 Thanks for that info....but if they are going to make it that difficult to view all the items....not sure I care enough to go thru all that hassle....but do appreciate you letting me know.

First they rerun during evening hours, now we cannot even see what has been on during the daytime hours...this really is a new shopping experience. I predict it will fail.

You're welcome! Very fustrating with the QVC web site issues lately, with the worst being the horrific "Order Status" format changes. That entire "Order Status" system & pages needs to be reversed ASAP!

It's amazing that with retailers falling all around that QVC can blow the biggest shopping opportunity of the year! Looks like the powers to be are making many had decisions. Makes me wonder what kind of enhanced pay package the CEO will get this year. If they don't fix these issues in a timely manner, QVC won't be around in five years.
