[I am still oxox]

I placed two orders a week ago yesterday during the AM Style show, one shipped and was received mid week and the other is still awaiting shopping, what is the hold up please. How can on item ship and the other one not if they were ordered on the same day .

You have to know about shipping delays everywhere.

I don't consider a week "hold up" to be that significant to involve a mod.

I really think some of the items the Q sells are not really in stock yet.

I have items "in process" for a week or more all the time, not only on QVC, but on Amazon as well.  I know I'll eventually get them; I don't expect immediate shipping, but I know some do.

Had the same thing happen to me.  It's a good question.  Guess it's just the way they do things .

@I am still oxox  maybe they are coming from different warehouses. I had that happen once and it was only then that I realized what had happened. Once the second item shipped I compared the shipping route and saw that they came from different places.

May not be the same for you though.

The iItem still not shipped and yet items I ordered this Saturday will be here tomorrow, I just do not get it. 

Are purchases filled in the order they are placed its seems no.

I did e mail Customer Service and got a wishy washy non answer

Item finally sent, why can't the order info list where the items are being sent from, its coming from the California warehouse all the way to my in NY, should take at least another week to get here
