I've entered this sweepstakes on my desktop and I'm not getting that message.  I wonder if it's something to do with the browser or device some people are using.

I also have Norton and it always flags anything that isn't safe.

I use Safari on the iPad. It warns that the URL for the contest is not secure. There is no https (secure socket). Not safe or secure.
