I returned a pair of Alegria wedge sandals to exchange for another size and color. I used the QVC return label and dropped it off at P.O. on 7/13. I checked tracking and there have been no updates since arriving in Coppell, Tx. on 7/20. What happens if you have not received the package within the 30 days from my date of purchase which was 7/2?
