Hello,

I ordered the TSV Beekman 1802 8 Bars of soap AutoDelivery on 02/12.

The last tracking update from UPS was on 02/16 when it was scanned in Horsham PA.

The USPS tracking number says they are still waiting to receive package.

I just got an email from QVC saying my return was on the way.

I never returned anything. When I click on "track your return" in email it is sending me to my beekman soap order.

Can you please see if this is a glitch or is this item really marked as a return?

I didn't want this returned, I wanted this and was expecting to have them already...

Hi @Anonymous195334 I see where you were sent an email, however the tracking is not seeing the item moving. I can send our a replacement to you and upgrade the shipping would you like me to do that?
