Hi. I just realized an auto ship order of Beekman whipped body cream, #****, has not arrived, even though it says it was delivered 8/6/20. Can you help?

I am sorry that you did not receive your Beekman order. I would be happy send a replacement or issue a refund. Which would you prefer?

A replacement for Item A368180 A-D Beekman 1802 Whipped GoatMilk Body CreamDuo Auto-Delivery has been issued. Your new item should arrive on or about Tuesday, September 1, 2020.
Should you receive your original shipment, please return the item to QVC following our normal return instructions noted on your packing slip. If you wish to keep both items, please call Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444 from 7am to 1am ET to arrange for billing.
