Hello, anyone experience their order  missing from their "order status" page?

@TylerEms.  Yes, for some reason when an order gets to a certain place in the line up, it temporarily disappears, then returns when it moves.  You can call CS  and get them to check for it if it worries you.

Yes, I've had it happen in the past.  One time I typed the item into the search bar and it appeared.  No idea why it didn't show up in the regular listing.

 

But the order was there and I got the item.  I always print my orders off, so I knew the order number anyway.
